The TB054F series is a rugged, heavy-duty canopy built for strength and durability. Constructed from 2.5mm alloy flat sheet, it features internal Unistrut bracing and reinforced with RHS spare wheel carrier bracing for added strength. The roof support system is designed to handle up to 300kg of evenly distributed weight. Security is provided by Whale Tail locks with keyed alike functionality, while gas struts ensure smooth door operation. The canopy includes a full-length stainless steel piano hinge, a weatherproof rubber seal, and TIG-welded seams for superior protection. Its design integrates perfectly with the vehicle’s tray and cab profile, making it ideal for both storage and heavy-duty use.
